There is no minimum order. Shipping plus Sales Tax, Arizona residents only, are calculated and added to the total order at check out.

SHIPPING
To ensure freshness, coffee is roasted to order and then shipped out the same day or the next morning. Orders received on the weekend or a holiday will be shipped the accordingly. We use UPS Ground, Monday - Friday. Standard Ground shipping typically arrives in two (2) to six (6) business days.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase made from PerkULator.com If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please call 866-582-2336 for a return authorization number prior to shipping return back.

Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages sent, we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method. Please include your name, address and telephone number and the reason you are returning the item. A prompt refund to your account will be made once product has been received.

We do not contact customers unless requested by those individuals inquiring about our products or services.

You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information.
